What Information Do We Collect?

UTMC Website

No user information is collected by the UTMC Website.

UTMC Tekkit Classic, aka UnknownTekkit

The following non-exhaustive list of information is collected and stored by UTMC Tekkit Classic:

User IPs.
User name and UUID history.
Session information including start time and length.
User generated content including chat logs, connection events, and game interactions.
Minecraft user data required for basic game function.

This information is collected to ensure proper functionality of our services and accountability for all participants.

Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

No. We do not share your information with anyone outside of UTMC.

Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

We do not transfer your information internationally. If you are connecting from outside the United States, you are sending data to us internationally.

Necessary information may be kept indefinitely if requierd to ensure proper functionality of our services and accountability for all participants.

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

Your information is heavily guarded. All sensitive information is encrypted using AES-256 or greater and stored securely.

Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
